Stewardship Sunday

Help us with stewardship at the Refuge! We'll be picking up litter to help protect the wildlife living at the refuge while keeping the trails welcoming for visitors. Other activities may include wood staining and painting.
This event is suitable for families. All gloves and tools will be provided, so just make sure to dress comfortably and bring a can-do attitude.
Please arrive promptly at 9:50am to allow time for check-in before we get started.
Please note, volunteers under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Other Considerations:
- Driving Directions: We recommend using Google Maps to navigate to 1 Marshlands Road, Fremont, CA 94555.

- Wear comfortable clothing, long pants, sun protection and layers, and closed-toe shoes - all that you don't mind getting dirty!
- Restrooms will be available on-site in the form of an ADA-compliant portable toilet and hand-washing station.
- Bring a reusable water bottle to help reduce plastic waste!
