Join wellbe’s Psychotherapist and Social worker, Claire Molloy in this online workshop to discuss the emotions you and your children might be experiencing as we return to school this Fall. The last school year was filled with many new challenges and changes that required patience and resilience to overcome, leaving many families filled with anxiety as we face the uncertainty of the next few months.
This workshop will discuss common thoughts and feelings youth, teens, and their families may experience starting a new school year and strategies, tips and tools that can help make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
We want to help you feel confident supporting your children, big and small.
Walk away with some key techniques to help your family settle in new routines, help children deal with uncertainty, and help everyone feel safe in their environment.
