California's Great America: Taste of Orleans

The Taste of Orleans festival at California's Great America returns for its fifth year this summer! Featuring authentic Orleans food, live music, and decor right in the heart of the park's Orleans Place area, Taste of Orleans pairs Cajun flavors with California thrills.

Orleans Comes to Life!
Foodies enjoy tasty regional Cajun cuisine, like chicken and sausage gumbo, crawfish boil, crawfish fritters, fried oyster po' boys, beignets, praline bread pudding, creole shrimp and crab cheesecake, and more! Exciting jazz and cajun bands roam the festival throughout the day. And the colorful cajun festival closes each evening with a light show down the midway and a Taste of Orleans fireworks show set to Cajun music. It's the perfect way to end your Orleans day at California's Great America.
This event is free with park admission. Special event food and drink will be available for purchase a la carte or with a sampling card.
